Currently this store supplies tools to countries within the European Union only. This may change in the future.

In the meantime, should you be located outside of the EU, you could purchase our tools through our international agent here...

SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMES

We ship predominantly through courier services. The items are ready for shipping within 12 hours of clearance of your payment.

MISSING OR LOST PACKAGES

A tracking number is assigned to each package delivered, your tracking number will be delivered to your mailbox provided when we hand your package to the courier. Should your package go missing, we ask that you contact us immediately at office@zewer-tools.com, so that we may report the missing package and locate it through the courier service.

VAT

If your company is registered for VAT, please include it on the order form when you make your purchase and it will then reflect on your invoice.
